A pack of 6 of our handmade, extra thick & double seasoned pork sausages with no added water or grains. This pork sausage is an a sweeter and lighter sausage than standard hearty casserole or Cumberland style sausages. It works particularly well at barbecues when a more versatile zingy flavour is required. A hit during summer and springtime but also a welcome choice for a meal preppers looking for a fresher palate that goes well with steamed rice. Piped into extra wide 30mm collagen skins and linked by hand. 6 sausages per pack, minimum 500g. Suitable for home freezing.
