Whilst this sausage won't knock the socks off seasoned heat veterans, it has enough heat to tingle your tongue is the best way possible whilst retaining a deeper flavour from the rich roasted garlic. A fantastic addition to a rich casserole or a unique spin for a barbecue to up the heat in your buns. Piped into extra wide 30mm collagen skins and linked by hand. 6 sausages per pack, minimum 500g. Suitable for home freezing.
