Pork, Ginger & Spring Onion Sausages

A pack of 6 of our handmade, extra thick & double seasoned pork sausages with no added water or grains. This pork sausage presents a more oriental style take on the pork sausage using lighter spring onion and ginger flavours that keep the dish airy and lightweight in comparison to big punchy flavours like red onion or garlic. Great in a quirky ramen dish or as a more spring and summertime sausage to go with mash or a more complimentary sausage for meal prepping on the go with steamed rice and veggies. Piped into extra wide 30mm collagen skins and linked by hand. 6 sausages per pack, minimum 500g. Suitable for home freezing.
