A pack of our fresh hand sliced sirloin steaks with 3 thick cut steaks in each pack. Ideal for pan frying or grilling, known in the community as the king of steaks for its perfect balance of flavour and marbling without leaning to heavily to either side.
Cook by shallow frying in a griddle or direct grill heat by searing both sides on high temperature, then reducing the temperature and allow to cook evenly on both sides for at least 1 minute per side until desired doneness is achieved.
Fresh product, suitable for home freezing. 3 steaks per pack (800g).
