Our pure steak mince with a cult following is less than 5% fat content with no added water or extra ingredients. Just pure British steak mince at it's best. Packed full of meaty flavour that makes the best bolognese, lasagnas or stews.
Shallow fry until well browned and full cooked before adding sauce for bolognese style dishes or lasagnas or part cook by browning off in a pan before adding to a stew to slow cook and finish.
