Frozen Cumberland Sausages

Notorious amongst market shoppers for being an instant win of a deal, these gigantic bags of sausages are usually reserved for high end high volume foodservices however we manage to steal away a few pallets here and there when the opportunity arises. A great quality pork sausage that's convenient and easy to cook and tastes amazing.

Cook from frozen at 180°C fan on a baking tray for approximately 20 minutes. You can also grill them on direct heat but ensure they are full cooked throughout before consumption using an internal temperature probe.

Frozen product, do not refreeze if defrosted. Approximately 40 sausages per pack (2.25kg)
